I'm from the Philippines, how can i get a scholarship to study in a New York school? (business course)?

Search for a university and see what their international students requirements are. Then u have to apply for a letter of acceptance. It will cost anywhere from 25 to 30 thousand bucks a year for international students. Good luck.
